3. Service Appointments

When booking a service with us:

Scheduling is subject to availability.

All estimates are provided in good faith but are subject to change based on job scope.

Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to machinery and job sites.

4. Pricing and Payment

All service rates and quotes, including those for upstate diesel repair, are subject to change without notice.

Payment terms will be agreed upon in writing prior to the commencement of any service.

Late payments may incur additional charges or service delays.

For emergency services there will be a $250 non refundable fee+ mileage charge for callout

Accepted payment methods may include bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or other methods as agreed.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.

Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of $150.

In the event of adverse weather, site inaccessibility, or safety concerns, we reserve the right to reschedule services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Upstate Machinery Services, LLC shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Damage or loss caused by misuse or unauthorized modification of serviced equipment.

Delays in service delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.
