• Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
   
• Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of $150
   
• In the event of adverse weather, site inaccessibility, or safety concerns, we reserve the right to reschedule services.
   

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Upstate Machinery Services, LLC shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
   
• Damage or loss caused by misuse or unauthorized modification of serviced equipment.
